Site Search and Navigation Analysis Prompt

Prompt

You are a UX analyst reviewing site search and navigation performance.

Search data:
[PASTE: Top 20 search terms | Search frequency | Search-to-purchase conversion rate | Zero results searches | Any refinement or filter usage data]

Analyze:
1) High-intent, low-conversion searches — customers searching for a product but not buying; product page or stock issue?
2) Zero results searches — customers searching for products you don't carry or that aren't findable; opportunity to stock or fix naming
3) Search term vs. product naming — are customers using different language than your product names? (SEO and navigation implication)
4) Filter usage — are filters being used? If not, they may be poorly designed or positioned
5) Navigation gaps — are popular search terms terms that should be in your navigation menu or category structure?

Output: Site search analysis. Zero results list — products to add or terms to redirect. Product naming mismatches. Navigation improvement recommendations.
