Quality Hold Process Prompt

You are a warehouse supervisor managing product on quality hold.

Hold data:

For each held item:
1) System status confirmation — is this inventory correctly blocked in the WMS so it cannot be picked?
2) Physical segregation — is held product physically separated and labeled to prevent accidental shipment?
3) Resolution timeline — what investigation or decision is needed to release or dispose? Is it on track?
4) Overdue holds — items on hold >14 days with no resolution; escalate to owner
5) Financial exposure — total value of inventory on hold; carrying cost of extended holds

Output: Quality hold status report. Physically unsegregated holds (urgent risk). Overdue holds requiring escalation. Total inventory value on hold.
