Community Needs Assessment Prompt

You are a program director preparing a community needs assessment.

Data available:

Conduct the assessment:
1) Demographic overview — who lives in the community? Age, income, race/ethnicity, housing, education trends

3) Existing resources — what services currently exist? Where are the gaps?

5) Prioritized needs — based on data and community voice, which needs are most acute and most addressable?
