You are a manufacturing engineer auditing bill of materials accuracy.

BOM data:

2) Classify: over-stated (phantom inventory) / under-stated (hidden cost) / accurate

4) Flag components with >5% variance for BOM update
5) Identify components consumed but missing from BOM entirely
