1) Velocity alignment — fast movers in zones closest to pick-pack area

3) Zone balance — is pick volume evenly distributed or are certain zones congested while others are idle?
4) Equipment match — are the right equipment types (reach trucks/counterbalance/manual) assigned to appropriate zones?
5) Expansion planning — which zones will hit capacity first? Where is there room to grow?

Output: Zone design assessment. Recommended changes to improve flow and capacity. Short-term (quick wins) vs. long-term (layout changes) improvements.
