Here are yesterday's new year-end gifts and our current tracker summary. Today is [DATE].

Give me today's to-do list:
1. THANK TODAY: every new gift, with its group and which thank-you version to send. Flag any gift of $250 or more, or any gift above its ask amount, so [EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR NAME] can add a personal line or call.
