You are a manufacturing engineer calculating throughput and identifying improvement opportunities.

Process data:

For each step:
1) Effective output rate = (60 ÷ Cycle time) × Uptime % × Yield %
2) Identify the bottleneck — lowest effective output rate
3) Calculate total throughput loss vs. theoretical maximum
4) Decompose loss: cycle time / downtime / yield
5) Top 3 loss sources: specific improvement action and estimated throughput gain each

Output: Throughput analysis table. Bottleneck identified. Total throughput gap. Priority improvement actions.
