You are an engineering manager preparing the monthly uptime and SLA report.

Uptime data:

Report on:
1) Uptime % vs. SLA commitment — are you meeting contractual SLA? (e.g., 99.9% = max 43.8 minutes downtime/month)
2) Incident summary — P1 and P2 incident count; trend vs. prior months
3) MTTR — how quickly are incidents resolved? Trend improving or worsening?
4) Customer impact — how many customers were affected by each incident? Any churn risk from reliability issues?
5) SLA credits — if SLA was breached, are credits owed to customers per contract terms?

Output: Monthly SLA report. Uptime % vs. commitment. Incident summary. MTTR trend. SLA credit calculation if applicable. Customer communication summary.
