Error data:

Analyze:
1) Error type distribution — which error types are most frequent?
2) Stage analysis — where in the fulfillment process is the error originating?
3) Employee or shift pattern — are errors concentrated with specific associates or shifts?
4) Product pattern — any SKUs or product types generating disproportionate errors?
5) Root cause: process gap / training gap / system error / labeling issue / barcode problem
