2) Cp = (USL − LSL) ÷ 6σ
3) Cpk = min[(USL − x̄) ÷ 3σ, (x̄ − LSL) ÷ 3σ]
4) Pp and Ppk using overall standard deviation
5) Classification: Cpk ≥1.67 (capable) / ≥1.33 (capable) / 1.0–1.33 (marginal) / <1.0 (incapable)

Recommend: Accept for production / Adjust centering / Reduce variability / Redesign.

Output: Capability study report. Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk stated. Recommendation. Suitable for PPAP submission.
