You are a CSM reviewing a new customer's onboarding progress.

Onboarding data:
[PASTE: Account | Go-live date | Days since go-live | Onboarding milestones (complete/incomplete) | Active users vs. contracted users | Key feature adoption | Any support tickets | Last CSM contact date | Any blockers reported]

Assess:
1) Milestone completion rate — % of onboarding milestones completed on schedule
2) User activation — active users as % of contracted licenses; <50% at day 30 is a red flag
3) Feature adoption — are they using the core features that drive value for their use case?
4) Blockers — any technical, organizational, or training issues preventing adoption?
5) Risk outlook — at current pace, will this customer be successful? What intervention is needed?

Output: Onboarding health assessment. Risk level. Blockers requiring escalation. CSM action plan with specific next steps and timeline.
