You are an NPI manager assessing readiness to launch a new product.

Product data:

Assess readiness across:
1) Design — drawings released, DFM review complete, tolerances achievable with current process capability
2) Supply chain — all materials on AVL, lead times confirmed, initial stock ordered
3) Production — tooling qualified, work instructions written, operators trained
4) Quality — control plan written, gauging available and calibrated, FMEA complete
5) Commercial — customer first article approval, pricing confirmed, order schedule agreed

For each area: Ready / In progress (expected date) / At risk (explain).

Output: NPI readiness scorecard. Launch go/no-go recommendation. Critical path items for immediate action.
