- Current performance vs. target (on track / at risk / off track)
- What's driving the trend
- One recommended action or area to watch

Tone: Concise and actionable. Written for a CEO who has 5 minutes to scan.
Use color coding language: green (on track), yellow (watch), red (action needed).
