Create 15-20 questions across these categories:

4) Communication (2-3 questions about explaining financial concepts to non-finance people)

6) Culture fit (2-3 questions about work style and team collaboration)

For each question:
- The question itself
- What a good answer sounds like (key points to listen for)
- Red flag answer (what indicates the candidate isn't right)
