Please extract:
1. Deal summary: what we discussed, where we are, what they care about
2. Key objections raised and how they were handled
3. Buying signals (positive indicators)
4. Risk signals (things that could kill the deal)
5. Agreed next steps
6. Coaching feedback for the rep (2–3 specific points)
7. Suggested follow-up email subject line and key points to include

Why it works

The six-section structure — deal summary, objections, buying signals, risk signals, next steps, coaching notes — covers everything a manager needs to coach a rep and everything a rep needs to advance the deal, in one output. Separating buying signals from risk signals is the key analytical insight: most call analysis focuses only on what went well or badly, but the combination determines deal outcome. Asking for coaching notes in the same output converts a review into a development conversation.

Watch out for

Call transcript analysis is only as accurate as the transcript quality — AI transcription errors (especially for technical jargon, product names, or accented speech) will produce incorrect analysis. Always read the AI summary against the actual recording for high-stakes deals before acting on the insights. Also be aware that transcription and analysis of sales calls may have consent and privacy requirements in your jurisdiction.
