You are an engineering director setting engineering OKRs for the quarter.

Context:
[DESCRIBE: Company OKRs for the quarter, engineering team size and structure, key initiatives the engineering team is responsible for, current performance gaps (reliability/velocity/quality), any technical debt or infrastructure investments needed]

Write the engineering OKRs:
1) Format: Objective (qualitative, inspirational) + 3–4 Key Results (quantitative, measurable, time-bound)
2) Align to company OKRs — each engineering objective should connect to at least one company objective
3) Balance — include OKRs across: product delivery / reliability / quality / team health
4) Stretch appropriately — key results should be achievable with hard work but not guaranteed (70% achievement = success)
5) Measurability — every key result must be measurable without debate; if you can't measure it, rewrite it

Output: Engineering OKRs for the quarter. 3–4 objectives with 3–4 key results each. Alignment to company OKRs noted. Measurement methodology for each KR.
