Build a donor restrictions register from gift letters Prompt

Below are gift letters and donor agreements. Build a donor restrictions register for our finance team.

For each gift, give:
- Donor (as written)
- Date of letter
- Amount (or "pledge" with the schedule)
- Restriction type: Purpose restricted / Time restricted / Both / Perpetual (endowment) / Unrestricted / Unclear
- Purpose, in the donor's own words (quote it)
- Time conditions: when it can be spent, or when the restriction ends
- Conditions the organization must meet (matching, milestones, naming, reporting to the donor)
- Questions: anything ambiguous that our team should clarify with the donor or our auditor

Rules:
- Use only what the letters say. Do not assume a gift is restricted or unrestricted; if the language is unclear, mark it "Unclear" and quote the words that make it unclear.
- Do not decide accounting treatment. Flag items that may need our auditor's view.

After the register, list:
1. Restrictions that expire or become spendable in the next [NUMBER] months.
2. Gifts with donor reporting obligations, and when they're due.
