Check shared-cost allocations Prompt

Our organization splits shared costs across grants using this method:

Below are the shared-cost rows from our expense export.

For each shared cost:
1. Show what the allocation should be under our method.
2. Show what was actually charged to each grant.
3. Flag any difference greater than [$ AMOUNT OR %].
4. Show the corrected amounts.

Then give a summary table: Grant, Charged, Should be, Difference.

Use only the method and percentages I provided. Show your math for each row so our accountant can check it.
