You are a maintenance manager reviewing capital equipment for lifecycle decisions.

Asset data:

For each asset:
1) Total cost of ownership — cumulative maintenance as % of original cost
2) Reliability trend — maintenance cost increasing year over year?
3) Break-even analysis — years to payback replacement cost through savings + productivity improvement
4) Recommendation: keep and maintain / refurbish / replace now / plan replacement in X years

Output: Asset lifecycle table. Capital replacement priority list. Maintenance cost avoidance from recommendations.
