Build a year-end gift tracker spreadsheet with formulas Prompt

Help me build a year-end gift tracker in a spreadsheet. Do not calculate results yourself. Give me the layout and formulas so the spreadsheet does the math.

Each gift will be added as a row. Our donation export includes these columns: [PASTE COLUMN NAMES]
Our donor groups: TOP DONORS, MONTHLY DONORS, NEW MONTHLY, SKIPPED THIS YEAR, FIRST-TIME DONORS, TOO RECENT, EVERYONE ELSE

Please give me:
1. A GIFTS sheet layout: the columns to keep from our export, plus added columns for Group (looked up from our donor list by donor ID), Ask amount, Gave more than the ask (Y/N), Thank-you sent (date), Receipt sent (date), Days to thank-you, and Needs written acknowledgment (Y/N, for single gifts of $250 or more).
2. Formulas for each added column (Excel syntax), including a lookup that pulls Group and Ask amount from our donor list sheet by donor ID.
3. A SUMMARY sheet with formulas: total raised and number of gifts by group, average gift vs. average ask by group, gifts still waiting for a thank-you, and the percentage of gifts thanked within 2 days.
4. Conditional formatting rules: highlight any gift with no thank-you after 2 days, and any gift of $250 or more with no receipt.
5. A DAILY EXCLUSIONS view: a filter or formula listing donor IDs who gave since [MAIN EMAIL DATE], to remove from the reminders.
