Reports we produce:

Key decisions made regularly: [list]

For each report:
1. Read and acted on? (yes / sometimes / probably not)
2. Drives a decision or just FYI?
3. Could be replaced by an alert or single metric?
4. Could be merged with another report?

Then give me:
- Reports to eliminate
- Reports to consolidate
- Reports to keep but simplify
- Reports I'm missing that would be more useful
